  • Has caregivers that are overwhelmed and having a difficult time coping with their loved one's illness/health problems?

Our goal is to assist older adults to stay in their homes, safe and independent, for as long as possible

Senior independence provides Home Health Care, Hospice, and Home Care services including skilled nursing care, home health aides and physical, speech, occupational therapies as well as Hospice Care. Our home care program provides full range of services including: personal care aides, homemaker services, home delivered meals, medical transportation, telehealth, personal response systems, and medication dispensers. Adult Day Centers are located in Monroe, Hamilton, Fairfield and Franklin. Our service area includes Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clinton, and Clermont Counties.

SENIOR INDEPENDENCE HOSPICE

Senior Independence Hospice will deliver care where you live - in your own home or the home of a family member, in a retirement or assisted living apartment, or in a nursing facility. Our hospice services can benefit the older adult and their families who are dealing with geriatric end-of-life issues including:

  • Heart Failure
  • End-stage dementia
  • Alzheimer's Disease
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Stroke
  • Pulmonary Diseases
  • Kidney and Liver Disease
  • ALS
  • Cancer
  • Failure to Thrive
